1. Timeframe for Refund Requests

 

• Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment if no work has commenced.

• Once project work has started (strategy, design, development, campaign setup, or coding), only partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of completion.

 

 

2. Full vs. Partial Refunds

 

• Full Refunds: Granted only if the project has not yet begun.

• Partial Refunds: If work is already in progress, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the effort, resources, and deliverables completed up to that point.

 

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

 

• Completed and delivered services (such as campaigns, websites, apps, 3D/CGI videos, or development modules) are non-refundable.

• Third-party costs (ad spends, hosting fees, licensing, or external tools/software) are strictly non-refundable.

 

 

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

 

• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both the client and our team.

• Refunds will not be issued in cases where project delays are caused by lack of client input, late feedback, or missing content.

 

 

5. Refund Process

 

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original method of payment.
